Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges 

If your product isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help with an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@labeautedalia.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like instead.

Products should be in their original condition and packaging. However, we understand that shade matching can vary, and we’ll work with you to find the right solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement without requiring a return or provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note that exchange shipping costs may apply unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Limit one exchange per order. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
